Dining and Kitchen Renovations

Westminster Canterbury of the Blue Ridge
Charlottesville, Virginia

To offer more options to residents, the community expanded and diversified its dining offerings. The large main dining room and ancillary space were reconfigured into a display cooking station and three distinct, branded venues with different menus, hours, and ambiance. A small existing cafe was also renovated into a grab-and-go venue with fireplace, game tables, and outdoor seating.

The heart of a retirement community, the main kitchen - which also serves as the base for the campus assisted living, healthcare, and staff serving kitchens - was also renovated as part of the project.

The project was designed and managed by Drew Kepley while a Principal at SFCS Inc., Architect of Record.
